Do I need an ISF for air freight?
No. ISF filing is only required for goods arriving in the U.S. by ocean vessel. No ISF is required for air, rail or truck freight shipments.
When should my ISF be filed?
No less than 24 hours before your shipment is loaded on board the vessel overseas. You can file as soon as your seller gives you the ISF information, and the earlier the better.
My ISF is late. Can you still help?
Yes. A late ISF still has to be filed, and filing it minimizes the chance of late fines and penalties. Call us and we’ll file it the same day.
What’s the difference between a single-shipment bond and a continuous bond?
Without a continuous bond you purchase a bond for every shipment. A continuous (annual) bond lets frequent shippers import without buying a bond each time, and annual bond holders don’t need a separate bond for ISF. Discounted rates are available.
What do you need from me before you can file?
A customs power of attorney, a customs bond (annual bond holders are already covered for ISF) and contact with your overseas partners. We’ll walk you through each one.
Which ports do you work in?
All of them. We clear freight at every U.S. ocean port, airport and border port, wherever you are located.
How can I pay?
All major credit cards are accepted.
